2023 Safety Management Survey

In 2023 HSE International studied how workplace health and safety is governed, managed and organized in Canada to see if we are we as safe as  we want to be. The results can provide senior management insights into the range of practices being used in our businesses.

Canada has undergone a huge transformation in workplace health and safety in the couple of years since the COVID pandemic.

We have new legislation and interest in workplace health and safety has increased considerably, particularly among chief executives and directors. But how have these changes played out in the way health and safety operates in our organizations? That’s the question this survey sought to answer – to provide a snapshot of how workplace health and safety is governed, managed and organized in Canada today.
